Together for Short Lives are the nominated charity for 2017.

The money raised by Scumrun teams will go towards supporting children’s hospices to provide the best possible care for seriously ill children. Hospices all rely heavily on help from the public and donations are vital to make sure that children with life shortnening conditions can live the best life they can, for as long as they can.

Stephen Ballantyne, Director of Fundraising at Together for Short Lives said “We are delighted to have been chosen as Scumrun’s official charity partner in 2017. The money raised by the teams taking part in this epic four-day challenge will help families across the UK who are caring for a seriously ill child to make the most of their precious time together.”

Edward White, Scumrun’s Founder said: “We’re really excited to be supporting such a fantastic charity whose work supports the lives of so many families. It’s great to know that the money raised by this event will help seriously ill children and their families across the UK to get the care and support they need to make every moment count.”
